It looks nice for a year or so, then you have to do it again as with most products, that's why 3 stars, it just average. I had to order it this time nobody has it in stock so I guess it's not popular. One store requires 2 gallon minimum order, Lowes lets me order a gallon but it's price about 20% higher. I guess next time my deck needs a new finish, I'll go with some other product.
