Do not buy or buy extra screws yourself!

I bought the 36" garage shelf. I have it half installed and then realized that there should be 9 or so screws that should be at least 2.5" (they supplied 2" screws - 14 of them). The vertical track is 1" deep, so a 2" screw will not hit the 2x4. Sad part is I called support, and a rude lady answered. She said we can just replace the whole kit with warranty or asked me to return this. I already have it mostly installed and I like it. So, I guess I have to buy those screws on my own. Poor service....

Organized my garage

Very handy for garage organization. Some minor issues like not aligning with all studs, and some cheap screws, but all in all recomended. Relatively easy to install.

Nice Addition to Garage

I bought this system for my garage. It was easy to install but I was not to impressed by the design. First of all, I would have thought the rail could have been 1” longer so that each end stud could be easily reached and screwed into the studs in case they were slightly off. Secondly, the vertical rails are just screwed into to drywall. Yes, the rail holds the load, but it would be nice if the vertical rails also carried some of the load and were attached to studs. New design maybe?
