Terribly Packaged

I’ll start by saying the grill itself is working great so far. A couple of design issues that Im not terrible satisfied with, like the indirect heat rack being fixed in one position and the charcoal side not being easy to clean. That said Im happy with the grill. My main issue isnt the grill its the poor packaging it came in. As a reault a few pieces on the grill were bent which caused issues when assembling. does not hold up, too small

I would say this grill would be great for apartments where space is at a minimum, the cooking areas are too small for most other uses. My problems come in that within three months the thermostat on the gas portion stopped working. Now, about 10 months since I purchased, one of the burners is damaged. It has an extremely large flame in the back, making that burner useless. I am unable to easily find parts to fix like you can for other brands. Too bad, its alot of money spent for less than a year...

DON'T DO IT

Just bought on 3/22 received 3/29. It was used only 3x. The first times, it cut off mid grill. no explanation as to why it quit still had propane. Had to remove food and cook on stove. second time it worked fine, third turned on grill to heat up to start cooking, temp shot up to 800 degrees (no food on grill) smoke and flames everywhere. something is definitely wrong, already requested to pickup and return

BUILD TIME 2 TO 3 HR.

I think that the charcoal side should be able to lower the hot coal tray, more it only lowers about 3 inches it should be at list 6 inches. The other thing is that it does not have a side burner to warm up beans that is a big negative.

Do not purchase online (assembly and dents)

Love the product, however this grill was received with several bruises and dents. Beware of purchasing online the assembly took hours and product was received with several dents.

great grill

first one we got came dented. got second one took 2 of us to build in about 1.5 hrs, Looks nice and cooks great. So far only used gas side.

Be wary of delivery as mine was obviously dropped

So far I like the product, not happy that it was dropped an I had to bend bottom back into shape to make it mount its frame.

Worst Quality

Purchased this less than 2 years ago... Gas side is completely Rusted out..., and it was always covered!
