Tankless water heater was received with missing Controller. It could not be installed. I ended up paying the plumber for nothing. Rennai recommended returning the unit and placing a new order. It was a waste of my entire day trying to call Customer service and finding a resolution.

Can’t even draw a hot bath without it faulting out, nor take a shower while the washing machine is running. Problems since installation. No service.

I needed a direct vent sealed combustion water heater for two bathrooms and a kitchen and landed on this one.
