Works well But slow to Deliver
Installed in our new home in June 2025. Like the continuous hot water. However do not like that the hot water takes a relatively long time to reach the desired spigot in the house.

Upgrade to better model if considering
We have had several issues with the unit due to a gas delivery pressure, regulator distance to the unit and regulator too small. Not sur eif it has ben fixed yet as we have had 3 service calls in 6 months. While my experience with this uni, and other homeowners in our new development with similar issues, it has been difficult to get a definitive solution to the recurring issues.

Rinnai is the best
I've been a loyal Rinnai fan for 17 years, the length of time our prior Rinnai lasted, and I expect the same from this newer model. Thus far, it is working flawlessly and given it had a similar footprint as the prior model, installation was super simple and inexpensive. I am noticing that this newer model is also warming the water more quickly.
