Avoid Rinnai poor support. Plumber says buy Navien
Avoid Rinnai water heaters! I just spent $852 getting a 22-month-old Rinnai water repaired “under warranty.” First, Rinnai directed me to one of their approved plumbers who charge $160/hour. Only parts are covered. Second, Rinnai directs the plumber to check everything that would make it not Rinnai’s problem.
