Do not buy, cheap parts no replacements

Bought this closet door from Lowe’s several years ago. Had it installed. The cheap plastic “roll guides” break easily. Went to Lowe’s location and employee could not find replacement so opened a new box to steal the hardware from another of the same product. A year later another roll guide cracked in half and the door was inoperable again. This time I called Lowe’s customer service after getting a number through the online chat with a representative. Don't install these if closet is frequently used

I installed this door to replace an old door for front hallway closet. The installation went fine however, after a couple of weeks of use, the top and bottom pins that fit into the sliding section pop out of the glides, even when the door is opened carefully. I am now in the position of replacing the entire door for one that works properly. I can not find any information online to address this issue as well.
