worst purchase ever
When read the reviews on these doors , I thought they couldn't be that bad. I figured people just were not good at construction. Boy was I wrong. The directions are horrible and the pieces didn't fit together, a hammer should not come into play to get them to fit.

have to improve customer service
I placed the order and included installation after waiting more than a month and following up with them every day about the installation. Just recently, they told me that their installation team does not know how to install this door and asked me to hire someone else to complete the installation. They didn’t even deliver the door to my home—I had to pick it up myself and hire someone else, after waiting for more than a month. This was not good service
