The most dysfunctional process in th worlds
This has been going on since MAY. First time they mismeasured the doors and installed the wrong second set of doors. Second time the doors came in damaged and cannot be installed…third time today only one set of doors. Not two and they are the wrong doors. What you do in the store has no bearing on what the folks in NC do and coordinate. This is a travesty

The doors were without any damage, they were packed securely, they were easy to install. I would order again.

Damaged Doors
One of the doors arrived damaged and the rail arrived too small for the opening (appears to have been cut). Ordered doors for a sixty inch opening and the rail was about 58 1/2 inches leaving about a 3/4 inch gap on each side. Unfortunately, we didn’t notice anything until we had already begun installation. Doors look very nice but disappointed that we paid so much for these to receive damaged doors and a short rail.

Love the look of these doors. Made my pantry look neat, I replaced the bi-fold doors that would not stay on track.

Pretty but not functional
You can only access half of your closet at a time and they are cumbersome to open and close. I did diy install so maybe I missed something but I regret my purchase of 5 sets of these.
