Poor Quality, Looks Bad, Leaks Glue
Very disappointed in the quality. I waited 4 months to get a door that has glue leaking out the glass panels. Called to see if the installation was the issue. The installer said this happens, and I'm expected to scrape the glue off if I want my brand-new, $1000 door to actually look nice or new. Don't buy.
Door frame too small for the DOORS it's built for.
The frame fit into the rough opening fine...but when it came time to install the doors, the frame was almost 1/2" TOO SMALL FOR THE DOORS! Come on, if you have a factory, there's no excuse to not test-fit the components. I paid $4,000 for this door set. The guys installing it are long-term contractors with many years experience, too, not newbs. I'm an architect, and could see exactly what the problem was. Poor quality control. I also waited over 3 months for this. :-(
