The glass shattered in the middle of the night
We love these doors and we had it for couple of years now. It was good until we heard a loud bang in the middle . The glass shattered last night without explanation and my husband and I were picking up broken glass @ 1am. Where do you even get glass insert replacement for this?

Glass shattered after 4 years!
We have had this door for 4 years, and then I was woken up by a loud bang and the sound of glass shattering. It wasn't touched - middle of the night out of nowhere. It is now shattered all the way down all 5 glass panels and will be a mess and dangerous to remove. Very disappointed. We love it, but no explanation as to how this can happen.

Weird -
We have had the door for minimum 2 years. It’s had multiple temperature changes in weather and a/c. Lots of windy storms….and this morning 530 am - a crack/pop that woke us up….the glass is crumbling and cracking for zero reasons. It’s not hot. It’s not cold. It’s not windy. It’s not humid. The door has been perfect until right now.
