Shopping and dealing with Lowe's has been a very pleasant experience. I have noticed a huge improvement in both sound transmission (much lower now), and also a reduction in heat transmission as well! In short, the improvements are exactly what I was looking for. The installation was straight forward, as well. I'd do it again, without hesitation! Absolutely no regrets!
Horrible product
In 2 years, inside of windows started to fall apart, and mold formed. Lowes customer service refused to replace just the window sashes, and said I need to buy new window. DO NOT BUY!

The woodgrain appearance looks great
I wanted a window that was vinyl but looked like wood on the inside. This window looks great. I replaced the original 80 year old windows in a house and there is a 10 degree (F) difference in window temperature when the sun is shining bright. The window is easy to clean and would serve well as an egress window if needed.

I bought a whole home full of windows in 2020 with the Reliabilt 3900 windows. What an utter waste of money. All of the windows I bought from Lowe's all have this problem. They leak air terribly because the lower sash's upper corners all had 1/4" x 1/8" gaps. Please see the photo of a typical window. Some are worse and some are better. NO DOCUMENTATION
This is my first purchase of Reliabilt 3900 series window. Previously I have purchased Reliabilt 3201 series windows. The 3201s come with instructions, mounting screws and 4 mounting holes(2 top, 2 bottom). The 3900 which I just bought did not come with any screws or documentation. Also there are only mounting screw holes in the bottom half of the window.. The top half did not come with any mounting holes. Faulty/Fragile sash locks.
I had to replace all the sash locks on 4 windows. I picked up my windows from Lowes and brought them home. During unloading, I realized the sash locks on one of the windows were broken. When I called customer service requesting replacements, the customer service representative was only helpful in keeping me on the phone. She had no idea that the part could be ordered separately, put me on hold to verify if they would honor the discounted price, put me on hold for other reasons I do not remember....
