Would not reccomend II
Widows delivered oct 7 2024 numerous problems with the windows. returned 3 sections of windows and 4 screens. when the windows finally came in one was not even close to being right. Lowes has lost screens on two different occasions. we have probably spent 10 hours or more trying to get the staff at Lowes to fix the problem but they always pass it on to someone else.Jan 2nd 2025 and we still do not have all of our replacement screens. 3 months to get an undamaged screen is nothing but terribel

We purchased these to enclose a screened in porch to say we are not happy is an understatement. 4 out of 5 screens were delivered damaged. Numerous markings that cannot be cleaned to they have to be on the inside of the double pain windows. we bout one double wide and one triple wide thinking it would be better to have the factory put them together... wrong none were put together evenly. after spending nearly 4500 on these windows and have this kind of quality control i will never buy reliabilt ...

Unsquare Windows
My wife and I replaced 13 large windows in our 2001 brick home with double hung Reliabilt Atrium 3500 series windows (mid tier) from Lowe's. I will list some things that I have been forced to learned to keep in mind for any window manufacturer and installer. Hope this helps. 1. Window of Decent Quality
I bought 7 of these to replace old wood windows. Overall, decent windows. The pvc welds are a little messy but the window feels solid. I believe I have seen others mention this, but the instructions are just.....not good. I have installed replacement windows before so not a big deal but if you don't have experience just take your time. The only other mention is the sill adapter for those of us with old school sloped sills, it is worthless. I think it is suppose to snap on the bottom of the windo...
Reliabitt 3900
The Reliabitt 3900 double hung, double pane, double strength glass, Ultra Low-E & argon gas filled are poor quality. The frames of the windows are not even and are so rough you could cut your fingers on the frames. When you raise the bottom window sunlight shows through the window frame because the frames are not equally joined in the corners. An expensive mistake
Unfortunately, our experience with Reliabilt windows has been a joke and the most expensive mistake we have made. The only positives to come out of this is that the installer was very thorough and professional and the outside of the windows look more "finished' with the trim that he added compared to before. We had Lowe's replace all of the windows in our home this past July (2017), 16 windows in all. Backstory: Purchased our first home. Already failed
Purchased in April of 2023 and in September of 2023 the window has failed. The bottom window in the double-hung window no longer holds open. Now I'm going to have to fight with the manufacturer to replace it under warranty AND pay the installer to come out and install a replacement windows. I bought the most expensive window they had in that size. JUNK. Probably manufactured in China.

Very poorly made
This is a cheap window. You get what you pay for on this one. Make sure you test complete operation of this window before taking out your existing windows. Insulation sticking out of the moulding, and pool cut trim that prevented the window from opening. I already pulled my window so I could not return the new one. See pics. I had to modify the window by cutting the trim to get it to work. Window latches line up very poorly. Had to bend out the tabs to get them to work as well.
