Warped door and unable to return or fix.

Beautiful French doors, but one of the doors came warped and we didn’t notice it until it was painted and installed. When the doors are closed, the bottom sticks out an inch from the other door, while the top portion of the door is perfectly flush. Unfortunately I called Lowe’s and they said they can’t do anything about it. It’s painted already and installed.

The bottom on one of the doors is coming apart. Also, after staining spots are all over the door due to it being rained on prior to pickup.

I like these doors quite a bit I still haven’t put the handles on them. But I did have a problem when I didn’t realize the had setscrews holding the doors closed maybe I’m slow but I thought they were in by the spring action ball bearings but I had a guy working with me and neither one of us figured out the had setscrews into we had them hung. Had to take them back down to get the set screws out the second door was a breeze. LOL but they look good I came to figure out if I want to stain them Var...

These are a beautiful addition to my new office.

The doors arrived in a timely manner and they looked great. I had them professionally installed and they make the rooms look incredible. I will have to paint them, but that is not a problem.
