Waited a month to receive wrong size
Ordered 38x62 (rough opening) windows (37.5x.61.5 exact size). Lead time 1 month, fine I planned my project and contractors schedule accordingly. Delivered on the promised date but in the wrong size (36x62 rough / 35.5x61.5 exact). Would have to reorder and wait another month with no certainty that I would get the correct size this time. I get that mistakes happen, but when you have to wait 2 months, possibly 3 to get what you need for a project, it's tough. They're in the construction materi...

Well made window, was easy to install
This was the first time we have purchased this brand of window. Window is sturdy, well made and was very easy to install into place. The window opens and closes very smoothly, locks easily with a turn of the lever. I highly recommend this product.

Poorly constructed
Made to order so it took a month to get. Glue on the glass and handprints as well that do not come off. Screen doesnt fit to window. Do NOT recommend. It was easy to install but to see the craftsmanship of the window it gets a bad rating.
