I bought these windows about a month ago, installed two a day, quick and relatively easy. I got a quote from a major window company and almost fell over so online videos and some elbow grease did the trick. Make sure you consider exterior and interior vapor barriers. ***

Poor customer service

We ordered a window so that we could pick it up today never received an email Stating that it was pulled and ready to pick up so we drove to the store anyway and was told that we couldn’t pick up that window because they didn’t have anybody to pull orders. So we had to cancel that order and go pull the window ourselves. Really wasted my time doing an online order very disappointed.
