Adjustability is Hreat
Adjustability is great, allowing a lot of flexibility for trailer types, and vehicle heights.

Works well, but it's a loose fit.
This let me adjust the height of the towing ball to what U-Haul trailers call for- 18". It was very convenient for that, and the idea that one piece of hardware can do it all is attractive . . however, the tolerance of the vertical square tube inside the main part is kind of loose. Fills with water
This will fill with water then freeze. Ice has a lot of force even against metal. I drilled a 1/4 hole in the bottom
