Rain Forest 2200 Pound(s) Gravel

never arrived

ordered a delivery of 900# of gravel and it never showed up. I called Lowes for days, was put on hold for hours and my rocks never arrived

Weight Shortage

I purchased and paid for 1620 lbs of white landscape gravel rock and received only 1525 according to weight verification by AAA Cooper Transportation. Dealing with Lowe's and the Transporter Cooper is a disaster> Im requested missing weight be rectified or refunded... In Limbo... Buyer Beware is my recommendation.

Fabulous product and service - NOT A PROMOTION

This review is NOT part of a promotion!! I’m baffled by the negative reviews of this great gravel. It is exactly what we wanted for our zen garden project, was reasonably priced, was available quickly vs the lengthy delay special order status for similar/same product from other retailers. We ordered it through the website and received it within the time promised (about 9 days) with free shipping (!!!), had a FANTASTIC experience talking with a customer service rep for help with tracking, and had...

to much gravel sand

You get way too much gravel sand, weighs the total down, so I expected more gravel

The product was NEVER delivered. There was no communication from lowes or the vendor. This was the worst service ever. I am finished with lowes forever.

junk rock

This gravel is so tiny, it washes away with a hard rain, wish I could send it back!

They turned a dingy ugly color

I purchased the 1620 lb WHITE gravel and about 3 days after putting them down they turned an ugly dingy off white color and look terrible and unkempt. I purchased WHITE rocks and expected them to be white. Now the vendor asked for photos which I’ve sent and after 3 emails has STILL NOT RESPONDED. I literally HATE them. Notice all the 5 star reviews are from promotional reviews. Mine is not. DO NOT BUY if white rocks is what you want
