What Customers Are Saying

The product has a mixed reception, with some customers pleased by the bright white color, smooth texture, and overall appearance of the rocks, while others were disappointed by the larger than expected size and coarse texture. Many felt the quantity received did not match the claims, and the rocks had a chalky white powder coating that washed off easily. The overall consensus is that the product has an appealing aesthetic but the quality and quantity do not always align with the description.

I’m so mad. I hired someone to come today to disperse these rocks that were supposed to be here between 12:39-4:30 and got NOTHING… Just another text that they’re coming tomorrow. I’m furious cause I had to pay this guy!!!!

The rocks look great but don't cover the area like the app calculates it will. If you have them delivered they don't come on a pallet the poor mailman shows up with ten million textbook size boxes. I had multiple bags with a rock or two that wasn't white. Now I am stuck doing multiple orders of this rocks because it's annoying to return. I think we are now the Fedex drivers least favorite house now.

Third party vendor

Would Recommend

First delivery had larger pebbles than the second batch. Larger pebbles do not cover as well as smaller pebbles. Second order was twice the volume of pallets for 1320lbs each. Companies supplying were different.
