Blew up after 3 months
Super disappointed. When I put this together I knew it was on the cheaper end. Came damaged, panels fit pretty poorly, radio and some of the accessories are super cheap. Took over an hour to get to 120 and never made it over that even after 2 hours on. Then after 3 months the power box on top started smoking and fried. Waiting to hear back from the warranty department, but honestly I’m worried this thing is a fire hazard. Smoke and electrical burning left a nasty smell in the house.

Why do you sell it as outdoor when it isn't?!?
When I specifically googled outdoor infrared saunas this was top of the list but when I received it and opened it up and read the warranty it says INDOOR ONLY and didnt even come with a roof. The top of the sauna is barely a piece of laminate thin plywood that would get wet. Im very upset as to ship it back would cost me more than i want to spend. Now I have to create a waterproof and ventible roof to keep it! Not happy and I havent even turned it on yet.
Great Bang for Your Buck!
I have always loved the sauna and was skeptic about infared so in return I had been doing sessions at my Chiro's office a few months and there's was medical grade infared which is very expensive ($8-9K). I ordered this hoping to have something for my home and i have to say that I am very impressed. It comes in 3 boxes that total about 400 lbs. The delivery came with a good gouge and a crushed radio sleeve bit overall no big issue. I put it together by myself in about 2 hours with help on 2 parts...
You get what you pay for....
First the unit is easy to assemble and set up. It is attractive and meets our family’s needs. The radio is of limited quality and sound quality is poor. The ionizer and light unit may or may not add to the quality of the sauna experience just can’t notice any difference when used or not used. The heating elements are adequate but it takes about an hour to preheat the unit to 122 degrees . Highest temperature noted was 127 degrees. Suspect the 140 degrees noted in the unit’s specs is overly optim...
