Panels not working
Very easy to assemble. Unfortunately 2 out of 5 heating panels don’t work. I emailed the company (email address from the warranty paperwork) and still waiting to hear back. It heats up to about 120 degrees and sad that I won’t be able to use it for a while, but hopefully they will fix it soon.

Electrical Problems
The electrical components starting shutting off on me after about 10 uses. Then the lights went out shortly after that. They are wanting me to pay $300 for shipping for parts to fix it. When it is working it is fabulous but we have only had it for 3 months and it is breaking down.

Well designed, affordable Sauna with added features to compliment the health benefits of FarInfraRed heat therapy. Two people were able to assemble although a few of the panels were quite cumbersome to handle. Had it up and running a few hours from unpacking to finish. The sauna has worked great so far. We’ve been able to use it a few times already. The quality of the locking mechanisms on the sides are a little weak. One started to come out as I was locking it. Other then that it seems a good quality.
