What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise these tumblers for exceptional temperature retention, keeping drinks cold or hot for over 24 hours, and sturdy, premium construction at excellent value. Many highlight the variety of sizes and color options, with personalization features widely appreciated. The sleek design and performance consistently earn comparisons to premium competitors. However, a notable minority report persistent lid issues including leaking and poor sealing, with some finding the problem severe enough to affect usability. Despite these concerns, most customers consider the insulation performance and build quality well worth the investment.

Love my tumblers. Wish they weren't phasing them out. I bought 20 oz and 30 oz to replace mine that I'd damaged.

Love this cup
I have had mine for a few years now and I love the color of this as well as the one called Twilight. Please make more cups in both of these colors in the future.

Doesn’t seem to keep coffee hot
Got this to replace my beat up old generic tumbler. I usually wait till about 30 min into my morning commute to start drinking my coffee. My other “cheap” tumblers tend to keep my coffee pretty hot to the point I just sip it slow. With this tumbler the temp was at the point I could almost down the whole thing. Most vacuum insulated tumblers say not dishwasher safe, this one says dishwasher safe. Wondering if that has something to do with it not insulating well. The rest on the construction seems...

Love the GLITTER!
I love the RTIC glitter drinkware. I just bought several more Twilight 30oz tumblers & a Pine glitter travel mug. I'm hoping RTIC will have the 30oz tumbler in Pine soon or even White glitter. I'm a girl that doesn't like pink or purple but likes Glitter... so I love the Twilight & Pine & White glitter cups

Totally impressed
made a drink with 4 large (2") cubes and didn't drink it all, 24 hours later it still had over half the ice. I drank the rest, put the empty tumbler in the refrigerate and in the morning the ice had not melted at all.

Barely Keeps Ice 4hrs
I got a custom one for my wife, and I have to say how disappointed I am in the 40oz tumbler. This thing barely keeps ice for 4 hours in the house. When filled with ice and liquid, kept in the fridge, it still doesn't last all day, 24 is out of the question. I have an older 30oz one at work and it does wonderful, makes it to the next day without issue. Very disappointed in this one.

bad lid
The tumbler isn't bad but the lid needs serious work. If you close the lid completely, it builds up pressure inside and lifts the lid off of the tumbler. If you don't notice that this has happened, you then spill boiling hot coffee down the front of you. The lid needs some kind of pressure relief design like Yeti has. Also, the clip is annoying to deal with so maybe something that slides.
