What Customers Are Saying

Customers praise the cooler's excellent cooling performance, keeping ice usable for a full day or more, and appreciate its lightweight design and ample capacity in multiple sizes. However, zipper reliability is a dominant concern—many report the zipper becomes stiff, difficult to operate, or fails completely within just a few uses, with some experiencing breakage as early as the third use. Despite this critical flaw, reviewers frequently describe the overall build quality as durable and well-insulated, with strong material construction. Most remain satisfied with core functionality, though zipper failures significantly diminish the experience for many users.

Poor zipper

I had (since trashed it) this cooler, while it kept drinks cold for a great time the zipper was very tough to open and the handle broke almost right away and then the zipper broke all together.

ZIPPEr and Seams

I have had two of these coolers. One I purchased and one was a gift. Both zippers failed. The seems came apart . The second one didn’t even last two years. RTIC do better with the zipper design.

Zipper issue

There was another review about the zipper, I had the same issue on mine now. I always took care of my cooler and one day the plastic crumbled off and the zipper went off track. Now the cooler won’t zip since it’s missing a piece of plastic.

Great cooler! I travel a

Great cooler! I travel a lot and I use it to keep things cold while I’m driving. A few ice packs and it’s cold for two days. It fits on the floor in the back seat of my truck, so that is very convenient. I love these coolers! I also have the 16 qt road trip hard cooler, the magnetic latch makes for easy access while I’m driving.

Zippers fall apart

I think the cooler is a good product but the zipper design is terrible. This is the second cooler that I have purchased like this and they both had the same issue.
