Disappointed
I unsubcribed from RTIC but they sent this survey anyway. I never post bad reviews but. . . the cooler did not stay cold despite following instructions - pre chill items, pre chill cooler with ice, dont open much, latch it closed. Only thing we couldn't do is keep in the shade as we were driving in the desert. Ice melted completely 1st day. We had to throw away alot of food. I'm disappointed I paid this much money. It didn't perform any better than our cheap Igloo cooler.

Great cooler with one exception
Love the cooler, but disappointed that Rtic appears to be out of stock of the freezable divider. Wasn't an option as an add-on at time of purchase and still is out of stock (just for the 32qt ultralight). I see others complaining about the same thing. Frustrating. But yeah, cooler is rock solid. Will work great in my SxS.

Keeps cold as promised
Great little cooler, kept ice for 24hrs! Strapped it on the back of a side by side using the strap kit from RTIC and it didn't budge all day. Hesitant at first simply dur to the cost, but this was a quality over quantity purchase and I'm glad I made the right choice.
