What Customers Are Saying

The tumbler composter is praised for its quality, design, and ease of use. Customers highlight the composter's sturdiness, smooth rotation, and dual-chamber system that enables continuous composting. The off-the-ground design is also appreciated. Some customers experienced issues with the assembly process, which can be time-consuming and require two people, especially for those with limited dexterity. A few reviews mentioned receiving damaged or defective parts, though the company addressed these problems.

High Quality Tumbling Composter

Would Recommend

Although it took 2-3 hours to put together, it is very high quality. Parts were all there and fit perfectly. The design is very good. This is the first time I'm using a tumbling composter, and it is a game changer. Now I can easily add my browns, along with my greens, give it a few turns, and voila! This is a long-term keeper.

Cheap Plastic Mechanical Parts

Would Not Recommend

Plastic crank handle broke after less than three years. Since it's not damage incurred during delivery, I would have to pay RSI for the parts through some shady email or phone process. As for other sources, parts are not available. I could pay them for another cheap plastic crank, but it's just going to break too, and the tumbler is useless without the crank. It's going to the curb, money wasted, will not buy RSI products again. 2 stars because the rest of the unit is ok.
