Batting comes apart quite easily.
I bought 12 packs of the product for a project. The first package is quite loose batts which worries me about the rest of the project.

Ordered online but had confusing arrival dates. Contacted Lowes nationwide support who informed me of the correct delivery date and confirmed it with the supplier. Arrived exactly when promised and supplanted with help loading onto my trailer at the store...Thanks, Lowes!

Bought this to deaden sound between finished basement and 1st floor. Easy to install in droo ceiling. Doesn't cut sound as much as i had hoped. Worth the effort, but does not soundproof.

I used this product to sound proof an enclosure around a diesel generator unit. It worked so well that you can barely hear the unit from 20 feet away! It is easy to work with, cuts beautifully with a knife for fitting into "non-standard" spaces. I used a machete and a straight edge! Covered inside walls over insulation with perforated aluminum. .
