Absolute trash.

I bought this hopefull. I assembled and installed it exactly per instructions and even used 1/2 hardwood plywood instead of 1/2 sheetrock for a 2x4 wall install. I didn't bother hanging the door and just ripped it out and threw it away after screwing the plywood onto the completed frame. The frame sheetmetal is so lightweight it is outrageous that they expect this to pass any person's reasonable expectation of quality. Bad experience

Had a terrible experience with this store. Part of the order was misplaced at the store. We were told by both the store manager and supervisor of the pickup dept that they would search for the item and get back to us (my wife and me). neither got back to us and neither returned our follow up calls. After out third attempt to pick up in person, we requested a refund on the lost pocket door hardware.. that was Thursday, it is now Monday and we still have not received the refund.

Extremely stable once installed

Unlike other brands, you did not have to cut the track to size. It is a complete system and snaps together with preformed metal components. Rocket pocket doors have their added benefit of being able to stiffen each side with half inch plywood, before applying the outer covering of drywall.

Easy to Transport, Great Quality

This is the 2nd time we have purchased this steel pocket door frame. This specific brand and setup is perfect. The steel will not bend or bow over time. And the greatest part was that it came packaged in a long tube, so it was easy to load into our truck. Setup and construction was easy. It slides well, no issues. Would purchase a 3rd time!
