5 weeks and still no replacement.
Product was damaged. Reordered. Again damaged. So far i have waited 8 hours for a delivery.went to store again today. No one reordered the door i need. No one called to tell me the second door was damaged so 4 hrs waiting for a delivery that was not coming.

I want to start by saying that this is not a bad review towards Lowes, they did the best they could short of completely replacing my order, first of all everything from the description to the installation instructions call for a prehung door and mine showed up in pieces, not a huge deal but trust me when I say, the installation did not go smooth, second thing is that the door came to me damaged, and if that wasn't enough the door showed up almost a month late, I will say Lowes did take some mone...

This is not a pre-hung door system as stated on the website and on my sales receipt. Additionally, I was told it would be delivered to the store for pickup in 3 days, it was 3 weeks.
