What Customers Are Saying

Customers overwhelmingly praise this sliding door lock replacement for its straightforward installation and perfect fit into standard mortise cutouts, with most completing setup themselves without modification. The zinc-plated finish and two-screw design earn consistent approval for reliable performance and smooth operation. However, a notable minority report premature failure within two to three months, citing broken internal components and short lifespan as concerns. Some note the mechanism feels stiff initially. Overall, most customers consider it an effective, easy-to-install solution despite durability questions.
