I have cut my hand twice on the back of the doors that they installed. They charge me $500 for an installation and didn't even bother to plumb the door correctly so that it would hang correctly. It took me 8 months for them to come out and redo the bottom track which was dented and measured incorrectly. To add insult to injury they mailed sent a Lowes refund card by Fedex for one cent. Their Is a total lack of communication between departments. I had to go there in person to be sure they reor...
