Excellent customer service--10 stars!
I have owned several PURE products over the years. Most recently, I had an oil diffuser that stopped working properly (though when it was working, it was a great product). I emailed PURE customer service, who promptly replied and offered to send me a replacement, although I no longer had my proof of purchase. No questions asked. With great products and great customer service, PURE is a company I will continue to support with my future purchases.
