It was & is extremely hard to start. Never seen anything like it on a new product. The recoil rope will not pull out smoothly & it took 8 tries to get the rope to pull all the way out. By the time I finally got it started I was already worn out.

Not very well made
I purchased this tiller for my husband for Father’s Day birthday and anniversary it was delivered a few days later than it was promised. My husband was able to put the tiller together we was getting ready to put fule in the tiller but never got that far cause when he picked it up to move it the wheels fell off. Therefore it was returned but the monies we paid for extra service agreement wasn’t taken off our account. Have to wait 6 weeks to get that. A little long to wait.
