Probably need a refund
Handle pieces did not fit together so had to go to get nuts bolts and washers immediately out of the box. First mow the grass chute broke.

Got one at Menards
I got my Pulsar at Menards, love it. Lowes had 1 gas mower for sale. Why does Lowes advertise Pulsars? Can't get one there. Too many electrics at Lowes and my neighbors can't even cut his front and back lawns on 2 40v batteries. Lowes going green lost my business. Go to Menards, so many more gas mower options.
