Missing Shelf

Would Not Recommend

The picture of the product shows a shelf in the top section, but when it arrived, the upper shelf was missing. The picture shows 4 shelves, 3 in the bottom section and 1 in the top section. The cabinet only had the 3 shelves in the bottom section and none I in the top section. I was also under the impression that it would have soft close hinges, but it did not come with soft close hinges.
