After going to great difficulty, without any assistance from the three associates standing around watching, we selected the box with NO damage to it and placed on cart to take to the checkout. We were not able to load it at the time, so we requested they hold it and when we came back to pick it up ... they had removed it from the cart, the box was busted open, and the counter top was damaged where it broke through the box. This made the item unusable for my needs.

No overflow drain!!!!!
I guess I assumed that EVERY bath vanity sink made was required to have an overflow drain. I've never had one that didn't. Shame on me for not noticing until it was COMPLETELY installed(caulked to the cabinet, side splash installed) so no option to return it. If you have young children or a cat, DO NOT GET THIS. It is a flood waiting to happen. My consolation is that it looks lovely. 🤭

Garbage
This item should be discontinued until quality can improve. The coating barely adheres to the underlying material and tends to chip and scratch at the slightest contact with anything other than a soft cloth, making it barely fit for purpose. I kept it secured in its box while I constructed my cabinet and only discovered how fragile it was after the return/exchange period expired.
