Awful customer service all around
I purchased this item in early December and it arrived bent. I returned to the store for an exchange to get the same item. It's mid March and I still don't have my replacement order. Calling Lowe's is completely useless as they have no idea what is going on and tell me to go to the store. Going to the store is pointless as they have no idea what's going on and call the vendor through the same phone number that I can from home. And lastly, you guessed it, calling Progress Lighting is useless bec...

Very simple, elegant piece for the bathroom
Unit came packed nicely and easily, was able to remove the items from the box quickly. Unit came with glass light covers that make the unit pop out. The instructions show either having the lights pointing down or up which is a nice feature incase your limited by space or prefer an alternate mounting. The glass jars are sized good as well was able to fit my entire hand inside and I'm usually a men's large glove size. Would definitely acquire other products from Aiken.
