Worst Floor planks
The floor has been separate and corners are lifting after 1 year, is not scratch resistant, my dog paws has already scratched. Don't even has any gloss finish and get stained by any rubber chair legs you have. Worst flooring I ever installed in my life. Floor always looks dirty, no matter how much you clean it.

Not durable
We've had this product installed for about 2 years. Almost immediately, it started getting scratched from normal use (chairs, etc) despite the description indicating that it was so resilient and perfect for pet owners. It is extremely easy to scratch. Also, the seams are extremely weak. Again, almost immediately, the seams have started to crack/chip causing the board to separate as they are walked upon. This floor is nay a year old and it cracks and pops up. I wouldn’t buy anything with this name they are not helpful at all. I need to redo my new floor already but I will not buy this product or get it from lowes!

Junk!! Do not buy this!
We purchased in January 21, so many pieces have chipped and broken we finally emailed the company. Of course they say we are now out of warranty and nothing will be done. Look for a better company than Novalis flooring. They do not stand behind their junk product!

Every board is breaking
Every board in our brand new floor is cracking. Procore hasn’t been in any way helpful in fixing the problem. Told us to contact our insurance, who told us it’s not an insurance thing.

bought this floor less than a year ago and within 6 months is all need to be replaced. spent 1000s of my money on junk. should have just threw the money in the trash. not happy at all

This is not waterproof!!
My fridge leaked water and was cleaned up quickly got some water under the flooring used heaters and other items to dry floor up since it was supposed to be waterproof. Now two months later floor is separating and peeling. Would not recommend this to anyone.

Bad!!
They pop up tripping on them. Very bad product. I have been waiting about a month to hear from lowes to make this right. I spent close to $1900 for floor that I need to replace already.

looks are decieving! Breaks after 1 year
Warranty is crap and they dont want replace anything. My whole house flooring needs to be replaced because all the boards are breaking in the corners and trying to come up. My Floors have only been down 1 year. All boards was prepared and laid correctly so there is no reason this is happening other than defective flooring. Many other customers are having the exact same issues. This brand is a Waste of Your money buy a differnt brand. They are discontinuing the legacy oak so if you do have this ...
