contaminates the water
In less than one year this cooler started damaging the water. It had a taste of burn cables and I was thinking it was the water but it was the cooler contaminaed the water. So I will no recomend this to anyone. very dangarous.

Worked for two years
I really liked this water dispenser, but get the protection plan! I made the mistake not to and all of a sudden after two years of every day use the coldest water button stopped working when plugged in but for some reason, will still work without electricity. Luckily, the hot water works, and for some reason, the room temperature water has now become the temperature of the coldest water. So I’m guessing it’s an electrical issue. Nice water dispenser
It looks very sleek and does what I need. I wish they picked different colors for the middle button, because it looks like it's the cold one even though it's in the middle,grey wild be better than an icy blue. I'm glad it's not loud like some of the other reviews were saying. I can imagine that would be a manufacturing error, so I'm happy mine is working without issue.

easy to get out of the box ,instructions, plugged it in got my water bottle attached and it's working great so far. I bought it off a lowes.com so I only gave $56.91 but if you try to buy it in the store it's $179.
