Overall, this was good quality and easy to install. We used it on a ceiling in our kitchen/dining room and a bedroom wall. Since it was new construction, we didn't have trim in yet, so it was easy to cut the pieces to the length we need. The boards just butt against each other, you don't have to worry about leaving a gap and keeping it the same, since it's built in. We had a few pieces that got scratched getting them to where we need them, but overall they were good quality.
Stupid STICKER on the front
I would give the product a 5 star if they would put the stinking label sticker on the back of the board (like Home Depot does). The label leaves residue...grrr. I had to use goo gone to get the residue off $1300 worth of boards for my ceilings (after they were up). Didn’t realize that the goo gone was going to make my paint bubble. All of this could of been avoided if the label was on the back of the board. Common sense people!!!! Now I’m just angry & mad cuz I hate adding more work over ...
Great way to cover up a popcorn ceiling!
My husband and I put this up ourselves in our laundry room as an accent on the wall and to cover up the popcorn ceiling. It was a pretty straightforward installation. No problems. Once the nail holes were filled and painted crisp white, it looked amazing! We framed the ceiling with batten boards as a modern looking crown molding. This project was a trial run for the rest of the popcorn ceilings in the house. And we are definitely going ahead with it.
Planks Appear Sturdy but Damage Easily
I ordered online since they were not available at Lowes closest to where I live and due to the 12 foot lengths had to have delivered. They were bundles in quantities of 8 or so and the top ones had all divets and scratches which did not look like they were due to the packing and delivery process. I am hoping I can turn the imperfect ones to the other side and overall they are OK but if not will be painful to fill all the imperfections. If possible I would recommend going to the store and pick...

SO HAPPY WITH THIS SHIPLAP!!
I looked for months at all of the different options on how to make a shiplap wall. I first wanted to use plywood and prime/paint. Then I looked at regular pine lumber, I decided that was too thick for the wall (because it wouldn't slid in between the door frame and wall behind the door. Then, I came across this shiplap. This is already primed and ready for paint! How simple! The tongue and groove makes the job so much more easier to install. I could not be happier with how my half shiplap wall t...

Makes it simple
Cut it face down and use a speed square. Its self gapping as long as you keep track of up and front. An air nailer is a must. It looks modern and adds value to your home with little skill needed to install. They thought it threw when they made the exact height that 16 tall fits 8 feet with no trimming. Just level the bottom one and stack it up to the top. I boxed in an old brick fireplace to make a modern entertainment center. Trimmed it in with PVC trim board.

Best Shiplap EVER!!
I bought this for my kitchen island and to cover the tv cutout above my fireplace. Wowza!! It’s so easy to use and it spaces itself out perfectly! Easy to cut and is straight as an arrow- no warps or twists. Watch our Chip & Joanna Gains ... this ship is doing laps around them. Get it? Ship lap... Did I mention that it covers well when you paint it too?

Shadow gap shiplap
I did a large room with this shiplap. The 12’ boards are the best price per board foot. Almost every board was straight and I haven’t found one knot yet. Preprinted is also a timesaver. These boards are the most economical way to do real shiplap. The printing and pre gapped are real timesavers. Just be sure to line up the gaps before nailing.

Great product for money spent
Purchased this shiplap at a discounted price and it was perfect for the project I am doing. Already primed makes it easy to finish it. The only bad thing was the amount that the store showed in stock and available for pick up. The store showed more available as I wanted more and for the past 2 weeks it shows more in stock but they can't find it in store and other area Lowes stores won't discount price

Good Product
The product worked as I needed it. The contractor installed it in our bathroom, and it looks nice. I love the fact that it is already primed and ready to be painted.
