Received Item Different from Item Pictured
Like the previous reviewer, the screw-hole pattern on the hinges I received is different from what is shown in the picture (Satin Nickel version). I'd assumed that the previous reviewer's experience was anomalous and that I would certainly receive the correct hinge. Well, I assumed incorrectly. Another disappointing experience with Lowe's, and another reason why I will likely not shop here again for another several years.
hole pattern on silver version is different
The hole pattern on the silver hinges that arrived at my house were not the same as in the photo. Upon further inspection the silver version hole pattern in the photos are different than black and gold versions. The hinges that I received are the same as those shown in the photos of the gold and black versions.
Under sized door side flange
Order was to be 1-to-1 replacement for hinges on new JenWeld 1-3/4 inch thick 36 x 80 exterior door. Hinge flange was only 1-5/8" -- too narrow for screw holes to match holes of hinge removed from brand new door -- appears to be defective manufacturing.
