No back to cabinet
There was damage on one of the doors even though it was packed well. It was impossible to get the doors to hang straight even after adjusting the hinges.

Picked up the cabinets
I have not put the item together the cabinets due to other commitments period. The boxes were damaged from the shipper so I have yet to find out whether or not the cabinets who have been damaged currently will be putting them together with the next week.

Long wait, item received was someone else's.
Extreme shipping time, item that came was not mine. Poor tracking info. Contact numbers have a automated loop that takes 30 minutes to finally get to a human. IMO, do not order from Lowe's online, disappointment is guaranteed. I ordered a shelf system and received a door for a Mopar car.

Great product
Bought this in 2000, and it held up very well. I just recently removed it for a laundry room remodel. Lasted 25 years, but I'm sure it would have lasted another 10.

Do not buy this item
Although the box arrived in a horrible state, once opened we learned that the manufacturing of this item was the real issue, rather than damage from transport. The edges were chipped, there was glue and gouges on one panel, and scratches on most of the product. Really poor quality and no care taken when constructed. Furthermore, it took quite a bit of time and effort to discuss the issues with Lowe's and to repackage the item to be sent back. Lowe's should have rather authorized us to thro...

I knew this was particle boards, and inflation has taken its toll on pricing. I was expecting the twist lock anchors with rod inserts in the video. Came with screw anchors. I do not like the limited attachment points and screws felt like they were stripping. Was not able to tighten all side screws for plastic covers.
