Horrible Product

There’s so much condensation the bottom is covered in water. There is actually a hole for the water to drain but it doesn’t it sits at the bottom of the unit

Product was dented upon arrival. Otherwise the item is really good. Lowe’s customer Care is taking care of a replacement. Was not impressed with the so-called Lowe’s delivery service. It was a common carrier and not real helpful

GREAT 2nd Refrigerator

I ordered this to be a 2nd refrigerator, which has been the best investment I made. It has accommodated me by having a 2nd refrigerator. It stays cold and it has much room to put in extra items. I have had this for 3 years, and it is still running as if I had purchased it today. Best 2nd refrigerator I've every had.

Product is nearly as bad as the customer svc

The first thing you'll notice upon delivery from Premium Lavella, is that in the case of any defects or service, you'll get a warranty card notifying you to call Premium Lavella directly and NOT call Lowe's. The Lowe's delivery crew was neither able to level the refrigerator or straighten the door which is 15 degrees out of square. So, I called Premium Lavella. And I called again. And then I called again. Each time I provided pictures and video and proof of purchase and so on. Each call...

Warranty is a joke. Do Not Buy!

Levella has the worst Customer service on a new appliance, I've ever seen..I'm not one to leave reviews on stuff, and i know things sometimes fail ,but I wish I would have read all the reviews on this refrigerator before I bought it.. 6 months into it, the thermostat quits, so call Customer service from Levella, and they give me a run around on proof of purchase and want pictures of the refrigerator and what I use it for and where I use it before they will honor the warranty. Finally, get past ...
