i have one, if you can get it started, then it dies, leaks chain oil like you were pouring it out, warranty is good luck.you might as well throw your money out the car window.they should not be allowed to sell junk like this!!!!!!!!!!!!

Garbage

Believe the bad reviews on Poulan chainsaws. They are garbage and their customer service is even worse. Buy anything else. You’ve been warned.

you get what you pay for

I heated my home with firewood for 18 yrs. That ended about 22 yrs ago. Over that span I had 4 or 5 saws, going bigger and better with each one. About 3 months ago I bought this saw to cut wood for my kiln. That's all that this saw lasted about 3 months. I using this saw 1 to 2 hrs a day, maybe 4 days a week. Not what I would call over use.

Requires specialty tools to adjust

The saw worked well for a few hours. And then the carb needed adjustment for the high throttle. But you cant adjust it because it is not a screw it’s a spline. The saw requires that spesialty acessory you didnt buy to adjust it. So you trek back to Lowes where you bought the saw only to be told, “we dont cary those you would have to go to a specialty equipmet shop to get those”. So you setiouly sell power equipment that should be expected to need care and maintence and you dont sell the accesori...

Great home owner saw

Got for half price $65.00 when lowes was changing to Craftsman. 1st thing I did was widen the gap on the plug. Starts on 3rd pull and saws all day. Only have used high dollar fuel in a can 50 to 1.I have had 6 months no trouble.

Junk

This saw came out of the box hard starting. Ran it for a half hour, was hard hot starting as well. Took it to their suggested "warranty center" to only get charged to tell me it's fine. Poulan does not stand by their products and if you put fuel in it you cannot return it to Lowe's. Spend a little more for a better product.

worst purchase ever made

The clutch seized up on the first start started to smoke then it caught on on fire i to had to throw into a snowbank to put it out JUNK DO NOT BUY IT

Great chainsaw for the price

I purchased the Poulan pro 16 inch chainsaw for medium yard work and to take camping. It performs as expected, and easy to handle.
