It is beautiful and it worked for a month. Would not come on this season. I will have to buy a new firebox!

Batteries need replacement often
I've have issues with batteries in the receiver needing replacement every 2 weeks. Tried expensive lithium batteries that last a little longer. Is there a solution, please help.

Durable
We bought our fireplace over 15 years ago. With proper maintenance it lasted this long. My ignitor went out and needed new logs so I will definitely buy another one.

Fireplace Good Choice
Easy to assemble works great. Remote is very handy. I wanted to add glowing embers but tjete is no flat grate. Flame is nice logs are realistic.
Not even one star
Love the looks of the fireplace but does not work. The pilot light stays on, but had to light it manually the ignitor did not work and the burner never came on. Customer service sent me a new pilot and ignitor still nothing! Hopefully I can return it. Parts are cheaply made.

Fantastic unit heats my 1350 sq ft. house!!
heats my 1350 sq. ft, house without any extra room venting for circulation for heat movement its crazy what difference with my heat bill,, I do recommend it 5*****.

Doesn't work
Love the look and finish but unfortunately if a fire is what you're looking for don't buy this. The 1st time we tried to turn it on it took hours for the burners to light heard a click but no fire, 6 hours later we noticed the burners turn on. One year here we go again pilot turns one without a problem but burners again won't turn on, it's been 3 day of try to get this fire place on and still not working.
