pilot light and remote
The pilot light keeps going out. The super cheap remote, the main controls for the logs, doesnt alawts commicate properly. So your thomstat is set ay 70, but its now 78 in the house and still burning.
I've had nothing but trouble from this unit. Thermal coupler goes bad about every three weeks and have to replace batteries every week. I would not recommend buying one of these.To many headaches for how much I spent for it.

I ordered this "Pleasant Hearth 42-in Dual-Burner Heritage Gas Fireplace" online and opted for store delivery. I was notified a few days later that the item was ready for pick-up at my local Lowe's.
