[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are several problems with this fireplace. On opening the package I quickly discovered that one of the panels was scratched. I put it together and had it installed by a professional, but the flames are never a high enough that you can see them from across the room. Additionally the remote has never worked and I have been waiting for a replacement for a couple of weeks. Also the fireplace makes a constant noise similar to a flame being blo...
