I ordered this fireplace 3 times and it was damaged each time!!! It was packaged damaged. It was not the shipping. It is a nice accent piece and the heater works well. For the cost 3 in a row should not come cracked!!!!

nice cabinet, ordinary 1500wtt heater. 3 elements if used often the elements go bad easily. Barely heats up a 300 sqft room in Temps that are below freezing outside. poor quality remote. 5 temp options do not work, only 1 fan speed. bought it to help my central heat. Didn't help. Better off buying a $40 1500w infrared. Heats Better and has a thermostat and auto shut off. Pretty much for show, is a waste of energy for the price.

Great heater. Very pretty Just what we wanted. Already assembled. The only things I wish it had was someway to know what heat setting it’s on. I like the blower feature. Would recommend
