Worse Smoker Ever

Actually my smoker just burned up after only 3 Years of use. When it worked was very unreliable and would cut off for no reasion. It would stop working at least 1 to 2 times per use. Worse Smoker ever owned. Dont buy it

Awesome smoker

Unit looks good works great. I love the lights I know that’s a simple thing but it helps. Also I always joked about who would need a WiFi connection on their smoker. Well it’s amazing especially on long smokes

Great smoker

I've had this smoker for almost 2 years now and it has been wonderful. I have done many long cooks on ranging from 5-15 hours. I have never had an real issues. The only thing I wish they would improve is the pit boss app. It sometimes takes a little time to get the app to tie in with the smoker. I clean the smoker including the ash Before every cook. Lowes extended warranty is useless

Bought a 2 year extended warranty. Warranty states its effective 6/24/2025 - 6/23/2027. But smoker keeps shutting down, Pitt Boss keeps sending parts for me to replace, doesn't fix problem. So I try to use my purchased warranty, it won't let me file claim, because its still under manufacturers warranty. Manufacturers warranty is 5 years! So the extended warranty is useless.

Serious fire hazard

I bought a Pit Boss PBV3M vertical pellet smoker after extensive research. I saw many reviews mentioning flare-ups and runaway fires across multiple Pit Boss models, but I assumed that it was user error or lack of cleaning. A+ delivery

Lowe's delivery was quick and easy. The driver contacted me ahead of arrival and was there on time.The huge and heavy box arrived unscathed and they put it in my garage for me. This smoker is well built and huge! Only negative thing is the cover for this unit is not readily available and it is Lowe's exclusive.
