Off to a great start!
Easy, intuitive controls to get started. Consistent temperature throughout the cook. Simple cleanup. That was the day after my purchase. And the Ribs? Smoky, juicy, evenly cooked and delicious. Can’t wait to get a couple briskets in there, and I’ve got a bunch of Sockeye Salmon fillets to smoke up! I think I brought a great smoker.

Though I'm satisfied with the quality, I am quite disappointed of the lack of cover and absolutely no stickers that I can display on my vehicle or cover. Meanwhile, the trigger that was comparable came with a cover. I'm not sure why. Such a high quality smoker would not have come with a cover... Now, I don't like to complaining, but I didn't hear the end of it from a friend with his Traeger that had come with a cover. Sincerely pit boss smoker DAD.
