Electric analog smoker with 535 square inches of cooking space
Analog temperature dial to set your desired smoking temperature up to 300°F
Assembly required - select professional assembly to receive an assembled grill; if no option for professional assembly is available, item will arrive unassembled
Wood Chip Tray: Place hardwood wood chips into the tray for varied smoke profiles; The natural moisture in the wood will release as it heats up and combusts.
Adjustable Cooking Racks: Adjust the supports brackets and cooking racks to the desired height for each level of cooking.
Heating Element: Powered by electricity, the heating element is the part of the unit that produces heat; Control the level of heat by adjusting the Control Board.
Cabinet Door: Keep the door seal and glass clean to maintain the care of the cabinet door; A firm closing and latch of the door will ensure the desired temperature inside is achieved; Avoid leaning or putting weight on the door to keep hinges intact.
Grease Tray: Captures the cooking juices and grease from the smoker; Easily pull out to remove and empty.

Great Electric Smoker
This is a great Electric Smoker with an easy to control thermostat. During the initial burnoff required by the manufacturer, the smoker reached a 385 Deg temp that I measured with my Thermo pro thermometer. I was very impressed on how it held the temps at different settings. I marked the know at four different temps that I commonly use so I can set the dial and will only have to make minimal adjustments if any at all. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend it.

How to use wood chips in smoker
The size that it is and it smokes well. I have used it several times on different meats and using different types of wood chips it smokes well.
